All payments made through our website are processed via Razorpay, a secure and trusted payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms set forth below.


Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted but there will not be any refund of any service you paid for including platform fee.

For subscription or recurring services, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us before the next billing cycle.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment or incorrect amount charged due to a technical error.

Payment made for a service/product that could not be delivered due to an error on our end.

Any other case specifically approved by our management team after review.

The service/product has already been delivered or accessed.

The cancellation request is made after the service period has started.

Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will be notified via email or any other communication channel (sms/ WhatsApp / Onesignal etc.) once your refund has been initiated.

Razorpay is only a payment facilitator. Final approval for any refund or cancellation will be made by Stackbase Private Limited. Razorpay will process refunds only after receiving authorization from us.
